Provide program participants with the training, mentoring, advocacy and other intervention needed to assist them in attaining desired employment goals. Provide services in a coordinated, effective and efficient manner. Provides cross functional support within Mission Services and Retail Operations. Ability to work independently while at the same time fostering a strong team atmosphere. Interaction with leadership, participants, employees, and customers. Conduct, interpret and evaluate participant intakes and histories and include in the design of an appropriate service plan for them with their participation and input.  Work with individuals in a variety of environments and cultural contexts.  Experience with developmental disabilities, Job Coaching or Case Management preferred.  Good communication and organizational skills.  BA/BS in Social Work, Psychology or related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Valid driving permit. This position substitutes for regularly scheduled case management staff and coverage hours will vary from 1 to 40 hours per week as needed.
